Time Hill: Act 2

Time Hill's second act was inspired in the Sky Chase Zone, it will be another Genesis reference. We still need more ideas and Badniks for this final zone.

    What if Wing fortress was in here and then after wing fortress you go to time hill act 4 which is the final boss and doomsday just a idea
